The Mister and I have decided to mix-up our usual dinner and drinks New Year’s Eve plan and buy tickets to a huge private party thrown by an event planning group. I can’t wait to get dressed up and dance the night away with some friends – but a private party packed with thousands of people means no place to sit down, and no way to rest my feet! I have a pair of Steve Madden shoes that I LOVE the look of, if I can get past the pain of wearing them.
The Mister, being the brilliant man he is, told me I should go Nordstrom’s and pick out any pair of shoes I wanted – and not look at the price tag. My wardrobe was in desperate need of a shoe that I thought both looked great and didn’t make my feet miserable. Surprisingly, Steve Madden, the maker of the gorgeous, yet unwearable shoe I force myself into at weddings, had a solution via a chunkier block heel that didn’t break the bank!
Now all I have to do is decide which pair to keep. What do you think?
