Ingredients
3slicesSara Lee 45 calorie breador other low carb option
1/3cegg whites
1/3cunsweetened vanilla almond milk
1tcinnamon
1tvanilla extract
Instructions
Mix egg whites, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in shallow bowl
Soak bread in mixture, approx. 30 seconds per side
Heat skillet or griddle over medium
Spray with cooking spray
Cook french toast in skillet until golden brown on each side, flipping as infrequently as possible
